ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Light straw colour with golden reflections: intense, fine and persistent aroma with scent of peach, apple and mild scent of flowers and wild grasses. Dry in taste, tangy, yet soft and persistent, with a typical bitter aftertaste. Alcohol content varies from 11 to 12%.
WINE PAIRING
Perfect with seafood appetizers, vegetable pies, trofiette with pesto sauce, baked sea bream and many other dishes of Italian regional cuisine.
SERVICE
Serve at 10° C. Pour into stemware glasses and open the bottle at time of consumption.
CONSUMPTION AND CONSERVATION
To be consumed preferably within one year of harvest. It must be stored in suitable cellar placing the bottles horizontally on shelves used for white wines at a temperature between 12° and 14° C.
